In this workshop you will learn the basics, their history and the correct use of essential oils. A workshop that is tailored to your needs in winter and deals with how your emotional and physical levels are strengthened.

You have the option of either “just” watching or actively participating and creating your own products (good mood room spray, roll-on pen for headaches) for a contribution to the cost of materials.
