Claudia Brey has been managing director of ÖBB-Immobilienmanagement GmbH since 2020. The task of ÖBB IMMO is the development and management of all ÖBB properties that are not required for ÖBB's transport operations. The focus of Brey's work as managing director is on the departments of urban development and building construction, transactions as well as leasing and law.
