Vienna's Workforce Skills Center is strategically addressing this need and accompanying transformation processes.

waff supports employed Viennese residents by providing information, counseling, and financial assistance for education and training. At the same time, it facilitates entry into climate-relevant professions in collaboration with companies and the Public Employment Service (AMS), while also supporting businesses that train apprentices in climate-relevant trades.
